FAQ's

We’ve put together answers to the questions we get most.

Before You Book

All the essentials to help you plan your first step.

How much will my tattoo cost?

Tattoo pricing depends on your design, size, placement, and level of detail. For simpler pieces, we may quote a flat rate — for larger or more complex work, we usually charge hourly based on the artist’s rate.

Great tattoos aren’t cheap, and you don’t want to be cheap with your body — cover-ups and removals can be expensive (and not always possible). The best way to get an accurate quote is to chat with one of our artists. Share your idea or come by for a walk-in consultation and we’ll walk through your idea, timeline, and pricing together.

How do deposits work?

Deposits are non-refundable — but don’t worry, it’s not lost! Your $100 deposit holds your design and goes toward the cost of your final tattoo.

If you change your mind or need to delay, we’re happy to apply it to another flash or custom piece anytime you’re ready. Please make sure to let us know at least 7 days otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited, and we’ll need a new $100 deposit to rebook your spot.

How do I book in?

Just send us your tattoo idea — even if it’s rough! From there, we’ll match you with the right artist and if needed, book a free 15-minute consultation (in person or online). You can also swing by for a walk-in consult, or reach out through WhatsApp or Instagram. Once the details are confirmed, we’ll secure your appointment with a deposit.

Not sure what you want yet? No problem — we’ll help shape the idea into something that fits your vision and holds up over time.

Can I walk-in for my tattoo?

Absolutely! We love walk-ins — they’re a great way to snag a spontaneous piece, especially for smaller or simpler tattoos.

It’s first come, first served, so feel free to swing by.

If you want to check ahead or avoid waiting, give us a quick call and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

Are touch-ups included?

We stand behind our work — which means we offer free touch-ups within 6 months to make sure your tattoo heals exactly how it should.

As long as proper aftercare is followed, we’re happy to make any small fixes if something fades or heals unevenly. Just send us a clear photo of your healed tattoo and we’ll take it from there.

Please note: tattoos on hands, feet, necks, and faces aren’t eligible for free touch-ups due to how those areas naturally heal.

Preparing for Your Session

Everything to know the day of your appointment — show up ready, relaxed, and informed.

What if I want to make changes to the design?

No problem. Custom tattoos are a collaborative process. You'll have a chance to review the design before your appointment, and we’re happy to make adjustments to ensure it feels just right.

What payments are accepted at the shop?

You can pay your deposit online or in person.

  • Online: We accept credit/debit (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
  • In-Studio: Cash and card are accepted.

The remaining balance will be settled in-studio at the end of each tattoo session.

Financing Available: We offer flexible financing options — just contact us to learn more.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Totally understandable — things happen! If you need to make changes, just let us know at least 7 days in advance and we’ll happily move your deposit to a new date or design.

If it’s less than 7 days’ notice, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply to cover the lost time.

We always try to be flexible — just keep us in the loop and we’ll do our best to help.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

A little prep can make a big difference. Here are a few simple tips to help you get ready:

  • Eat well and stay hydrated
  • Moisturize the area for a few days
  • Avoid sunburn, alcohol, and blood thinners
  • Review your appointment details — and reach out with any questions
