Shop Policy

  • A $100 deposit must be made in order to secure you a dedicated time slot in our busy schedule. and so that your artist can begin work on your design.

    Deposits go towards the final price of your tattoo, and if your tattoo requires more than one session, it will be carried over the subsequent sessions, until your last one.

    Deposits can be made via e-transfer, or paid in person with cash. The final payment for your tattoo is paid in cash or card.

  • If you require any changes to your appointment date/time, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your appointment, otherwise there will be a $100 rescheduling fee. This also means that if you decide to book in for an appointment that is within 7 days of the time of booking, you must make sure you are absolutely able to make it to the appointment.

    Please come to your tattoo session no earlier or later than the appointment time, if you come more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule you and take a rescheduling fee.

    Please clear your schedule for the day of your appointment, as tattoo sessions may last much longer than the actual tattoo itself, when factoring in: stenciling the tattoo, breaks, aftercare, photos, payment, etc.

  • Small and simple tattoos are typically quoted with a flat rate, while larger and more complex tattoos are quoted based on an hourly rate.

    For tattoos quoted based on an hourly rate, there will be an estimate (i.e 4-6 hours). Please note that this is only an estimate and the tattoo’s actual duration can vary depending on many factors.

  • For custom tattoos, rough drawings may be sent to you for confirmation, then the final artwork will be prepared and shown to you prior to your tattoo appointment (typically 1-3 days ahead). We only proceed with the tattoo when you are 100% satisfied with the artwork being tattooed on your body.

    If you require drastic changes to the artwork after we have booked you in, we reserve the right to charge an additional design fee, and possibly reschedule to allow more time to be spent on the artwork.

  • Tattoos are eligible for a touch up after 30 days (when it is fully healed). Please contact your artist with a clear, well lit photo of your tattoo, and short description of what needs to be touched up. Touch ups are only eligible based on the discretion of the tattoo artist, and only if aftercare instructions are properly followed.

    Free touch ups are eligible for up to 6 months from date of completion of your tattoo.

    Tattoos done on hands, feet, neck, and face are not eligible for a free touch up.
